The Mini-Curriculum

The 15-week mindfulness program is designed specifically for academic environments.

 

Each weekly session:

  • is a brief, 5-10 minute video 

  • has a reflection prompt

  • introduces students to core mindfulness concepts 

  • should be played at the beginning of class

Videos should be played in order as each session builds on previous weeks, fostering students' personal growth and resilience while providing tools to support their well-being as they navigate their social work education.

Whether you or your students are new to mindfulness or looking to expand the practice, this curriculum offers accessible tools to help students navigate the demands of academic life with greater calm and focus.
